Return

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refund at this moment. However, you may request for an exchange. Please email us at help@mooang.us within 7days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will be more than welcome to assist you.  
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for us to review and process the exchange.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. The customer will also be responsible if the product is not eligible for exchange and needs to go back to the customer.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We can not guarantee the package will arrive at our location. For that, we suggest you to use the trackable shipping method to make sure you can track your package. mooang is not responsible for the lost packages.
