Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

mooang offers flat rate shipping & handling. Free shipping on orders over $100 will be automatically applied at checkout. mooang ships to all continental states and the District of Columbia. mooang does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any United States overseas territory or overseas military base. All domestic orders ship via USPS first class or UPS Ground with an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days. 

 

Total delivery time does not include pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing time for your order. It will take about 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. 

Delay

mooang will not be responsible for packages delayed by USPS. 

 

However, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts, there may be a delay with your order. We appreciate your understanding during these times. 

Tracking Orders

mooang will send confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once we ship your package out, we are no longer responsible for your package. 

Incorrect Address

If package returns due to the failure of providing the correct shipping information, the customer has responsibility of return cost and re-deliver cost. 

International

mooang currently do not offer international shipping. We will make an announcement once we open to worldwide shipping.
